Tai Chi Essentials |

Designed to help you Relax, Energize and Balance our Tai Chi Essentials class provides education and experience
in Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
The curriculum includes our Health Vitality Qi Gong Exercises along with 14 movements of
the Wu Style Tai Chi form developed by Great Master Wang Pei Sheng. Through these 14 movements, we stimulate energy
and health benefits throughout our entire body. One can attain a super level of health by becoming proficient with
these movements alone.

Feeling Great |

Our feeling great class is a mixture of meditation and Qi Gong. Included in the class is our Golden Light Meditation,
Energy Gathering Qi Gong and our Health Vitality Qi Gong Exercises.
You will leave this class relaxed, energized and "feeling great".

Motion Health - The Complete Experience |

This class brings together our meditation, Qi Gong and Tai Chi all in one class.
This one class contains enough exercises to truly elevate the health of your mind, body and spirit.
Starting with our Golden Light Meditation we transition into our Health Vitality Qi Gong Exercises.
After a brief break we explore the 37 postures Wu Style Tai Ji Quan form developed by Great Master Wang Pei Sheng.
Note: not all 37 postures are performed in each class. We start with posture one in the beginning of the school
year in the fall. Each week we add one posture until the form is completed.

Sunrise Meditation & Qi Gong |

This is more than just another meditation class. It is a wonderful, peaceful way to start your day.
Before class we gather to enjoy a cup of hot tea and some light cookies and pastries. As the class begins, you are guided through our unique Golden Light Meditation. This meditation calms our mind and heightens our senses while also generally stimulating acupoints and energy channels throughout our entire body.
Then we smoothly transition into our Energy Gathering Qi Gong. Slow graceful movements and mindfulness of our internal energy come together to produce a relaxing and energizing Qi Gong beneficial to both beginners and experienced students.
